It’s Curt Cignetti.
(I’ll say three Hail Barrys for penance.)
Because Campbell taught me how to fight.
Cignetti is teaching me how to expect.
One says: we’ll outwork you.
The other says: we’re already better than you think we are.
And if we’re being honest… most organizations don’t fall short because they lack effort.
They fall short because they keep negotiating with their own ceiling.
So yes. Right now, I’m borrowing my belief from Indiana.
